Our Story

We started Critter Craft Coffee because we wanted to change how people look at their morning cup. Running our mobile specialty coffee cart around the Tampa Bay area is built on a pretty simple belief: good coffee should do good things.

For us, a cup of coffee isn’t just fuel to get you through a shift. It’s an excuse to slow down, catch up with your neighbors, and take better care of the spaces we all share.

Meet the Industry Critters

We’re Fenris and Victoria, two industry veterans who spent years grinding across the food and beverage world. Along the way, we got tired of the cold, transactional vibes and the burnout that comes with it. Critter Craft is our little rebellion. 

We wanted to build a coffee bar focused entirely on ambition, integrity, and genuine joy. We’re the ones behind the machine at every single popup, pouring our hearts into every latte and chatting with everyone who stops by. 

Behind the Bar

Fenris is a St. Pete native and a mom of two. As our resident artist, she handles the visual vibe and designs everything you see on our cart. She’s also our bean expert, managing our roasting relationships and geeking out over dialing in our espresso shots. If she’s drinking anything behind the bar, it’s a crisp cold brew.

Victoria is a New Orleans native, a massive nature lover, and an expecting mom. For her, beverages are the ultimate love language. She brings an extensive bartending background to the team, with an eye for balance and precision. On any given day, you’ll catch her sipping on a cortado. 

When it comes to designing our menus, we're the dream team. We get incredibly nerdy about flavor profiles, collaborating closely on every house syrup recipe and signature combination we dream up. Our Goal: to make sure each drink is something our neighbors will love waking up to.

Coffee with a Purpose

The "Critter" in our name is what really drives us. Living in the Tampa Bay area means sharing our home with some incredible wildlife, so we weave environmental stewardship directly into what we do. We use our coffee cart and community footprint to help protect the little neighbors we share our home with through fun fundraisers, local business partnerships, and community conversations around wildlife and habitat protection.

Every beverage we craft is made with absolute intention, using high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. When you grab a cup from Critter Craft, you aren't just fueling your day; you're directly helping preserve the Florida environment we all love for generations to come.
